Operations	We purchase in truck loads, maintain the largest inventory in our region, invest heavily in good fabrication equipment, sell direct, and install.
Market Area	Our market area includes East Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, Northwest North Carolina, and Southeast Kentucky, generally within two hours of Johnson City, Tennessee.
Product	Engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and installation of windows, curtainwalls, storefront, entrances, mirrors, panels, skylites, and greenhouses.
Philosophy	Buy direct, discount bills, add value to products, bid all work, and "make" the market from the smallest to the largest job. Do good work on schedule, offer expert product knowledge, be honest, and earn a profit.

Glass Shop	Air float cutting, diamond sawing and core drilling, diamond curved and straight line grinding and polishing, 84" wide insulating glass manufacturing line with curved pattern and muntin bar capability.
Panel Shop	Fabricating and installing glass and architectural metal composite insulating panels.
Vehicles	Eleven glass rack trucks up to 26,000 GVW.
